VERSAILLES, Ky.  A farm in Versailles is providing some extra relief for community members with a pay-what-you-can vegetable stand.

Stonehedge Farms is now giving their extra produce to the community during this time of need.

The produce is completely free and tips, or pay what you can, is appreciated by the farming staff. Some of the options are cucumbers, zucchini, cabbage, broccoli and peppers.

Every Monday and Thursday from 8 a.m. until dusk, farm owner Adrienne Eggum and her employees refill the stand and encourage anyone who needs a healthy meal to come out and take their pick.

“Everybody's budget is a little tighter right now through being out of work and food prices increasing. So it is important to eat your fresh vegetables and we've got extra," Eggum said

Stonehedge Farm says that staff members continue to refill the stand as needed throughout the day, but the vegetables are first come first serve, and they will close up the stand once they run out of extra produce for the day.
