RICHMOND, Ky. — Eastern Kentucky University announced Wednesday all classes for students will be done remotely beginning March 23 through the end of the spring semester. EKU online courses will continue on their original schedule.
Students living on campus should move out by Wednesday, April 1. The Housing Office will be providing more details in the coming days. Students who are unable to move out must receive approval to remain on campus and they can file an appeal form.
The school is working on a process to refund money for housing and dining services.
Beginning Wednesday, all campus buildings are closed to the general public. Remote work continues for many employees and others are reporting on an as-needed basis.
