COVINGTON, Ky. - The FBI is looking for help solving crimes of the man they say is responsible for more deaths than any other serial killer in U.S. history.

This investigation has multiple ties to Kentucky. An arrest in Louisville in 2012 started the downfall of 79-year-old Samuel Little.

Little confessed to killing 93 people between 1970 and 2005. The FBI has identified 50 of his 93 confessions, but the agency is asking for your help identifying the others.

Little hand drew pictures of his victims from memory. One of the victims the FBI is working to identify is a woman Little said he killed in Covington, Kentucky in 1984.

Little said he met an approximately 25-year-old woman outside a strip club in downtown Columbus, Ohio. She apparently asked for a ride to Miami to visit her mother. In a video confession, Little describes pulling off to a secluded area near Covington, Kentucky.

Authorities said Little targeted women of marginalized or vulnerable groups such as prostitutes and drug addicts. The FBI said the bodies sometimes went unidentified and their deaths were never investigated.

After that arrest in Louisville, Little was extradited to California. He was sentenced in 2014 and is now serving three life sentences in California for multiple killings.

The FBI hopes someone may remember a detail that could further the investigations. Something to note, authorities said Little's recollection of dates is not always accurate. He also struggles to remember the exact clothing victims were wearing at the time. Any potential links should not be dismissed based on those factors alone. The FBI believes all of his recollections are credible.

The FBI has a full report on Little's confessions available online. If you have information linked to the confessions, contact the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI.
