We wondered, what does it take to become a pilot for the company? As you might expect, the 3,000+ worldwide licensed UPS pilots all earned thousands of hours of previous experience in military or commercial jobs. 

What you might not know is that employee candidates are required to spend more than a month's worth of time training on incredibly realistic flight simulators and actual practice flights.
