LONG BEACH, Calif. — Long Beach residents flooded by Thursday's heavy rain are refilling sandbags at local fire stations to prepare for the upcoming storm.

According to a National Weather Service forecast, the area could see about three to six inches of heavy rain from Sunday to Tuesday.
