LOS ANGELES — A single-engine Beechcraft A36 with three people on board crashed Monday afternoon near Big Bear City Airport, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
The Big Bear Fire Department was called to an aircraft down just after 2 p.m. in a large vacant lot at the corner of Paradise Way and Maltby Boulevard in Big Bear City. Crews arrived on scene in approximately three minutes.
All three passengers died as a result of the crash, according to the Big Bear Fire Department.
