EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — Russia is intensifying its attack on Ukraine, coinciding with President Donald Trump’s decision to pause all military aid to the country.

Meanwhile, Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has confirmed he will attend peace talks with top U.S. officials, including Secretary of State Marco Rubio in Saudi Arabia.
