LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles Zoo is welcoming the newest addition to their herd, a Zebra foal.

The Grevy’s zebra foal was born on April 24 and can now be seen in the zebra habitat. In a video shared by the LA Zoo you can see the foal playing with his sister.

Since his birth, the foal has been bonding with his mother before he was ready for his zoo debut.

The parents Khalfani and Duni first came to the zoo in 2016 under a Species Survival Plan aimed to conserve endangered species.
