LOS ANGELES, Calif. — A former oil drilling site is getting an environmental cleanup as developer Thomas Safran & Associates prepares to build an 84-unit mixed-use development named The Arlington.
The four-story building will provide parking, retail space and units for formerly homeless individuals by the end of 2025 — once the cleanup on the land has reached residential standard levels.
