LANCASTER, Calif. — If you walk into the Antelope Valley Medical Center in Lancaster, you'll find a few coffee options.

But one fresh option, Casters Coffee, a nonprofit brand run by Street Company, is brewing up more than an aromatic cup. It's creating jobs, a 12-week training program and more for people looking for a way out of homelessness.
