LOS ANGELES — Mental health support is just a tap away for Californian families in need.

Earlier this year, the state’s CALHope program launched two new mental health apps, Soluna for teens and adults and Brightlife Kids for parents and caregivers.

Both apps offer free one-on-one live coaching, wellness exercises, and more.

Both platforms were made available through $4.6 billion in Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative funding.
