EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — Leading up to the Academy Awards every year, Los Angeles County becomes a particularly busy place to be.
Before the ceremony takes over Hollywood on Sunday, veteran producer Debbie Durkin will host her 17th annual Ecoluxe pre-Oscars luncheon and "luxury lounge" at The Beverly Hilton on Friday.
The COVID-safe private event brings an interactive experience to the hotel alongside sustainable-brand partners, nominees, celebrities and media VIP guests.
Hilton's executive chef will curate and serve a five-star luncheon for foodies to enjoy while the event raises awareness for Marley's Mutts Dog Rescue, the event's nonprofit partner.
And speaking of furry friends, "Pawscar Lounge" is another feature coming to the luxury lounge, hosted by Dogue magazine and Mary Haber Pets. Nominees and stars who attend can bring their dogs for a photo to be featured in the spring issue of Dogue.
"Real Housewives of OC" star Gretchen Rossi will also be there Friday to host the West Coast launch of Dream Body Sculpting Devices, a brand that will be providing free treatments and product demos on-site.
