BREA, Calif. — Singer-songwriter and former contestant on “The Voice,” Lana Love, mixes music with science in her latest song “Parachute.”

Love released the song in two different vibrational frequencies - a traditional pop frequency and frequency of 432 Hertz. Recent studies have shown the latter frequency can reduce stress levels and promote relaxation.

Board-certified music therapist Madeleine Brown says music can facilitate emotional regulation and support processing of life events, highlighting the intrinsic healing qualities of music.

Love also involved her students at The Space, a non-competitive dance and entertainment training facility in her music video.
