LOS ANGELES — Chinatown’s Chinese New Year Festival is one of Los Angeles’ oldest and biggest celebrations of the Lunar New Year.
After a two-year hiatus, the celebrations and festival are back and the streets of LA’s Chinatown are expected to once again fill up with colorful floats, lion dancers, firecrackers and food to ring in the Year of the Rabbit.
The Golden Dragon Parade is set to take place on Saturday, Jan. 28 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, visit the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles.
