HOLLYWOOD – Dating in Los Angeles is no easy feat. In fact, according to the LA Times, more than half of the local adult population is unattached.

It's why so many have reverted to dating apps to seek out potential partners.

But there is a new way of finding love headed for Los Angeles that might evoke memories of the old school dating shows from the 70s.

Created by love and marriage counselor, Isabell Springer, it's called My (Secret) Dating Game and calls upon singles to learn to love differently — using questions that are less cliché and more about deeper connection.

Spectrum News 1 got a first-hand look at the monthly event coming to Southern California.
