LOS ANGELES — Food is Love is a simple, delicious way to support Los Angeles’s elderly – and the country’s – largest, privately-funded, senior nutrition program.

It's a campaign happening throughout February where a portion of profits from designated dishes at a list of area restaurants will help fund St. Vincent Meals on Wheels.

Food is Love offers patrons the opportunity to help fund the organization, they also have a chance to try signature dishes at some of L.A.’s most celebrated restaurants.

Among the many designated dishes diners will be able to enjoy at SVMOW’s partner restaurants are the fan favorite Crunchy French Toast at Blu Jam, Pink Lady Apple Griddle Cakes and Chopped Salad at Salt’s Cure, the El Campion Taco at Pez Cantina and Sweetheart Cake at the Big Sugar Bakery, all while helping feed hungry seniors.
