In this episode of The SoCal Scene we take a trip back into time. Imagine going to an amusement park where the massive Beverly Center shopping center now stands.

At the height of its popularity in the 60s and 70s, 30,000 visitors would fill Beverly Park and Ponyland on a weekend. The parks closed in 1979, but still fill the memories of many Los Angeles natives.
