TO VOTE IN CALIFORNIA YOU MUST:
Be a United States citizen and a resident of California
Be 18 years or older on Election Day
Currently not be in state or federal prison or on parole for the conviction of a felony
Currently not be found mentally incompetent to vote by a court
Voter Registration
Online or postmark by Feb. 17, 2020
or
You can "conditionally" register and vote at your county elections office after the 15-day voter registration deadline, according to the California Secretary of State's Office.
