WISCONSIN — On Wednesday afternoon, The Associated Press declared Tammy Baldwin the winner of the U.S. Senate race in Wisconsin.

Earlier in the day, it also declared Derrick Van Orden the winner of the 3rd Congressional District race, and declared Donald Trump won both Wisconsin and the presidency.
