WISCONSIN — After Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz visited the Badger State Monday, Vice President Kamala Harris is up next.

Harris will rally in La Crosse and Green Bay Thursday, Oct. 17, according to her campaign. Earlier reports by an unnamed campaign official said she would visit Milwaukee, too.

It will be her sixth visit to Wisconsin since announcing her presidential campaign.

Harris was last in the Badger State Oct. 3 in Ripon, the birthplace of the Republican Party. Her remarks focused on Republican and Independent voters, doubling down on her “president for all Americans” approach.

Her running mate, Walz, made stops Monday in Eau Claire and Green Bay. He helped kick off the Blue Wall Bus Tour in Wisconsin with state Gov. Tony Evers and Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.

Walz also visited The Cabin, a coffeehouse located at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, highlighting the critical role young voters will play in the upcoming election. He also visited the Cedar & Sage Grill House on the Oneida Reservation in Green Bay.

It was his fifth visit to the state since becoming the Democratic vice presidential nominee.

Both visits come in a last-minute rush to campaign as the Nov. 5 election is only three weeks away.

These visits from the Democratic presidential ticket are part of a series of visit to battleground states this week, with other stops in Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina and Nebraska.

The campaign did not release any further information on the visits.
