There will be surges of Santa Ana winds through the weekend (and into next week) in the regular Santa Ana wind-prone areas.

Red Flag Warnings for high fire danger continue through Wednesday evening.

The strongest surge of winds will be late Monday through Tuesday. However, it is not expected to be as windy as last Tuesday when the fires began.

Air quality near the fires and through the Los Angeles basin continues to be unhealthy. Limit time outdoors and run air conditioners if possible.
