Tonight looks quiet across the state with a mostly clear sky and temperatures ranging from the upper 40s in western Wisconsin to the mid and upper 30s over the eastern half of the state.
Clouds will quickly overspread the region Monday morning with showers soon following. They will begin first in northwestern Wisconsin and then spread southeast through much of the state during the afternoon. A few rumbles of thunder will also be possible. Despite the rain, temperatures will still be mild in the 50s and 60s.
A much stronger system will move through Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday bringing widespread rain to all areas along with the potential of a few stronger storms in southern Wisconsin. Locally heavy rain will be possible with this system as well.
We start to clear out on Thursday with just a small chance of a lingering shower early in the morning. Highs Thursday will rebound back into the upper 50s with some sunshine.
Friday and Saturday are shaping up to be gorgeous with a mostly sunny to partly cloudy sky and high temperatures in the 60s with some areas climbing into the lower 70s!
