A weak disturbance passing through Illinois tonight will spread some light snow into extreme southern Wisconsin this evening. Locations near the state line could see up to an inch of accumulation with some slick spots possible. Meanwhile for the rest of the state, expect a mostly cloudy sky with just a few flurries at times.

Clouds will stick around for much of Monday, especially in southern Wisconsin but the good news is that temperatures will be milder with most locations climbing into the 40s. By late afternoon, we should see some sunshine breaking through.

The warming trend will continue into midweek with 50s looking like a good bet by Wednesday. Along with the warmer temperatures, the pattern will be active with several storm systems pushing through the state. These will bring rain to most areas but some snow could mix in at times.
