Clouds will start to clear across much of the state tonight and it will turn quite cold with temperatures in the single digits across northern Wisconsin and teens for our southern counties.

On Saturday, expect some sunshine for most areas but locations close to the Lakeshore will see more clouds and scattered flurries through early afternoon. It will remain cold with highs statewide in the 30s.

Another weak system will approach from the southwest late Sunday and this could bring some light snow to far southern Wisconsin and more clouds for everyone else. It will turn warmer, however, with highs in the 30s and 40s.

The warming trend will continue into next week with 40s on Monday and some places well into the 50s by midweek. A few storm systems will also pass through bringing chances for rain at times and a rain/snow mix to northern Wisconsin.
