Hopefully everyone had a great Thanksgiving with friends and family today! Tonight should be cloudy statewide with temperatures falling into the 20s and low 30s for most. A few flurries or some light freezing drizzle will be possible but I expect most places to stay dry.

For you Black Friday shoppers, it should be a cloudy and chilly day with highs in the mid to upper 30s. Once again, I can't rule out some flurries or patchy freezing drizzle but overall travel should be good.

The next major storm system will start to move into the state late Friday night with widespread rain and snow quickly spreading northeast. This will be a slow mover and so periods of rain and snow will continue right through the weekend. Across southern Wisconsin, most of what falls will be rain with little if any snow accumulation. In northern parts of the state, snow could fall for much of the weekend with significant accumulation possible. Stay tuned for udpates as this could have a big impact on travel.
