Kelly Milan is a multimedia journalist for Spectrum News 1 Wisconsin. With deep roots in Chicago, Milan developed a passion for journalism from an early age. She is driven to uncover the truth and deliver accurate news coverage to her community of Milwaukee.

Kelly received her master's degree at Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism, specializing in investigative reporting. Before joining Spectrum News, she spent a year as an assignment editor at Fox32 Chicago, where she not only contributed to the newsroom's operations but also had the opportunity to assist with investigative stories. Prior to that, she worked as an investigative researcher and assignment editor at News Nation.  

Outside of her professional life, Kelly actively supports and volunteers with JDRF, a type 1 diabetes research and advocacy organization.
