COLUMBUS, Ohio — Columbus police announced the results of Thursday’s Operation Unity across various neighborhoods that saw the seizure of firearms and drugs and a dozen arrests.
In a post on social media, the Columbus Division of Police said this operation took place in the following neighborhoods: North Linden, South Linden, Milo Grogan, and King-Lincoln.
These are the results of the operation, according to the department:
- 12 felony arrests
- 8 firearms recovered
- 87 complaints worked
- 10 vehicles impounded
- 50 grams of fentanyl seized
- 30.5 grams of meth seized
- 186 grams of “crack cocaine” seized
“These images serve as a reminder that criminal activities are not tolerated in our city, and those involved will face the consequences,” the post reads. “Thank you to our Zone 6 officers for putting in the hard work and long hours to close out this successful operation.”
