The band is touring with Kenny Chesney right now. They will perform at American Family Field on Saturday. John Hopkins, or Hop as he likes to be called, talked to us about his efforts to fund research and give families new hope.

Hop and his wife founded "Hop On A Cure" in 2022. In just two years, the foundation has raised more than $3 million and has given out $1.63 million in grants. Hop shared, "we are just very grateful for the opportunity to use this musical platform that I am a part of to spread the word and generate donations. ALS is not incurable it is grossly underfunded."

After his diagnosis in 2021, they realized progress to find a cure has been slow. The foundation looks to raise awareness and fund research to slow the progression of ALS and eventually find a cure.
