MILWAUKEE — As the playoffs continue, fans are finding new ways to show their support for the Milwaukee Bucks.

Some might show their loyalty a new jersey or t-shirt, but one fan is sticking with something that will last a lifetime.

Quintin Alexander moved to Milwaukee last year, and now that he has a family in the area, he said the city has become a second home.  He thought what better way to celebrate his new home’s team, than to do what he enjoys best — getting a tattoo of the Bucks logo.

“All my tattoos mean something,” said Alexander.  “It’s a way of self expression and this is the way I express myself.”

John Coleman, owner of West Allis Tattoo and Gallery, said fans getting logos inked on their bodies is something he sees often.  The Milwaukee bucks logo is his personal favorite to do.

“I love how something so simple as our logo with the deer could be made into something so iconic,” said Coleman.

Creating lifelong art for fans is something that keeps Coleman motivated. Making clients smile is his goal and for Alexander, this Bucks tattoo means more than just a picture. He said it’s a reflection of his second home.

“This means a lot to me,” said Alexander. “I can’t wait to go home and show my family.”

He’s also hoping his new ink serves as a good luck charm for the team.
