GREEN BAY, Wis.— The president of the Green Bay Packers weighed in publicly for the first time on reports that Aaron Rodgers is unhappy with the organization and doesn't want to return to the Packers.

In his regular column taking fan questions on Packers.com, Mark Murphy says that he, Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst, and head coach Matt LaFleur have flown out to California several times with Rodgers.

Murphy says they have been working on the issue for several months.

Murphy says the Packers are very aware of Rodgers' concerns and are working with Rodgers and his agent, David Dunn, to resolve them.

Murphy says the Packers remain committed to Rodgers in 2021 and beyond.

Murphy says the Packers "look forward to competing for another Super Bowl championship with Aaron as our leader."
