MILWAUKEE, Wis (SPECTRUM NEWS) - After being pushed back because of the Covid-19 pandemic, Black Restaurant Week is set to showcase Milwaukee's soul food favorites.

The week is especially important as businesses struggle to survive through statewide closures. The concept is easy, support a new black restaurant or old favorite.

Black Restaurant Week kicks off Monday, May 11th and ends May 16th. In light of the circumstances, organizers say this year will be all curbside and pick-up food options for safety. For more information on Black Restaurant Week, CLICK HERE.
