MILWAUKEE, Wis. (SPECTRUM NEWS) - It is a crowded and growing field of Democratic candidates for the 2020 presidential election. Spectrum News 1 talked with a political expert about the crowded race and what candidates must do to stand apart as we get closer to the presidential nominating process.

Some things we can all watch during this election according to Arthur I. Cry with Carthage College is that the candidates must shine in the media spotlight and stand out in the debates. Another things we should be watching is the lesser-known candidates.

Wisconsin will also play a key role in the election and candidates are already flocking to the Badger State. President Donald Trump plans to visit in Green Bay on Saturday, April 27.
