Hawaii has reported three new deaths from COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, bringing the statewide total to 1,105, according to the Hawaii Department of Health.

The state also reported an additional 4,578 cases, putting Hawaii’s case count total at 143,224.

Most of the cases were reported on Oahu, with 3,212. There were 679 cases on Maui, 364 on Hawaii Island, 226 on Kauai, 20 on Molokai and eight on Lanai.

Sixty-nine of the cases came from out-of-state visitors.

The statewide vaccination rate of residents fully vaccinated stands at 74.7%.
