Snow will continue to push through the state through early afternoon. Snow totals are heaviest the farther SE you go, with some areas seeing over 6 inches of snow accumulation.

If you do plan on driving during the early morning hours, be prepared for slick road conditions. It may be a smart idea to allow a little extra time to get to wherever it is you need to go.

Once snow pushes out later today, our focus shifts to the frigid conditions moving in the rest of the week. Thursday night through Friday night will be our coldest time with wind chills for some flirting with 30 below zero. May be smart to get those layers out and ready for the weekend!
