CHICAGO — The Milwaukee Bucks picked up Sunday afternoon where they left off Friday evening in Chicago with a 119-95 victory over the Bulls.

With the win, the Bucks have taken a commanding 3-1 series lead over the sixth-seeded Bulls as Game 5 shifts back to Milwaukee on Wednesday night.

The Bucks were up 56 to 41 at the half. The Bulls pulled within eight points in the third quarter, but sharp shooting Grayson Allen and Milwaukee proved to be too much to handle in the second half.

The boos at the United Center didn’t affect Allen, who was 10-12 from the field and finished with 27 points.

“The time was right,” said Bucks’ Head Coach Mike Budenholzer. “He’s been really good. He’s embracing the moment, embracing opportunity. It’s great to have him and his ability to make threes.”

Giannis Antetokounmpo led all scorers with 32 points, adding 17 rebounds and seven assists. Zach Lavine led the Bulls with 24 points while DeMar DeRozan had 23 points.

The Bucks were 17-33 from 3-point range and shot nearly 53% from the field. Bobby Portis and Jrue Holiday combined for 40 points.

The Bucks assisted on 21 baskets and had 14 total turnovers.

“We did it in Game 3, we did it in Game 4 and hopefully we can do it in Game 5. And hopefully we can carry it over … the rest of it is going to take care of itself," Giannis Antetoknounmpo said on the good habits the Bucks have built since their Game 2 loss.

Milwaukee can finish their first round series Wednesday night at Fiserv Forum. If the Bucks can close out the series, they will likely face Boston in the Eastern Conference Semifinals, who is up 3-0 in their series over the Brooklyn Nets.
