GREEN BAY, Wis. (SPECTRUM NEWS) -- If you’re looking for a unique spot to call home and you love the Packers, you may be in luck. Titletown Homes just opened its sales gallery where you can check out the new townhomes being built across the street from Lambeau Field.

Workers are still busy building the 54 new townhouses. The first should be finished early this summer. The prices of the homes range from $699,000 to $1.2 million. Jackie Krutz works with Titletown Residential and has been giving people a glimpse of what the homes will look like.

“It’s kind of a once in a lifetime opportunity for anyone that wants a home in this environment. We are just steps from Lambeau Field,” said Krutz.

They are calling them semi-custom homes. Buyers will have four styles to choose from which were envisioned by Tom Stringer Design Partners. Upgrades and some customization is also available.

“So essentially, interior designers have come together and curated four different palettes for all of our buyers. Which is our Modern, Scandinavian, Mid-Century, and Traditional,” said Krutz.

While the work continues right now on the homes themselves, Jackie’s helping potential homeowners see what they’ll eventually look like. She can swipe through graphic renderings of each townhome style.

“Someone that’s interested in traditional, I can just scroll through here and it will show them that if you pick the Traditional palate, this is what your kitchen will look like,” said Krutz.

After the townhouses are completed, construction will start on rental units called, Titletown Flats. This will help create a new urban center just steps from Lambeau.

“You can just pretty much leave your car in the garage the whole entire weekend and just step out into Titletown and really experience it all. We have great restaurants. We have lots of activities. No reason to have to drive around anywhere.”

Construction of the townhouses should be completed by the end of summer. Titletown flats should be available in 2021. The gallery is currently located in the Titletown Tech building but will move once construction is finished.
