LOS ANGELES — Security Paving is one of the contractors working around the clock on Interstate-10 Freeway repairs after a massive fire severely damaged it over the weekend.

Jeremy Strobl, a superintendent, gave Spectrum News exclusive access to the site as his crew worked to make repairs.

Strobl says just a few days have already made a huge difference.

Gov. Gavin Newsom previously stated officials hope to reopen the freeway in a matter of weeks.
