Enjoy the sunshine today and tomorrow because we have a big storm on the way that will bring rain, wind and some snow. Highs today will be in the upper 30s and lower 40s. Look for more sunshine on Wednesday with above average temperatures. On Thursday, it will still be mild but clouds will increase ahead of the storm moving in from the south. Rain overspreads the state Thursday afternoon and evening.

STORM IMPACTS:

Heavy Rain - It will rain all night Thursday and Friday. Rain totals could be up to 1" so minor flooding will be possible as the ground is already saturated. This rain could push us to the wettest year ever in Columbus.

Gusty winds - We are also looking at gusty and possibly damaging winds on Friday.

Slick Roads -  Rain will be moving out Friday night into Saturday but as cold air rushes in we will see a change to rainy/snow/some ice Friday night into early Saturday.

Weekend will be cooler and drier. There is a weakening storm system that could bring some light snow late Sunday but we are still not expecting a white Christmas!
