CINCINNATI — It’s once again Flying Pig Marathon weekend in Cincinnati, and more than 40,000 people are expected to participate in the events, according to organizers.

This year marks the 26th anniversary of the race. The weekend of events starts on Friday, kicking off with the 50 West Race. This race is the second part of the TQL Beer Series, which pays an ode to the city’s rich brewing history. 

On Saturday, runners will participate in the 5K and 10K. Then on Sunday, the weekend ends with the half marathon and marathon. The race will take runners through Cincinnati, Fairfax, Mariemont and Northern Kentucky.
