CINCINNATI — Matthew 25: Ministries, a humanitarian aid and disaster relief organization in Blue Ash, said it's deploying its Disaster Response Team to the ongoing water crisis in an Arkansas town.

Helena-West Helena, Ark. is under a disaster declaration, and officials said the area has been without access to water for under a week. Local outlets there report it's due to a water system failure.

While bottled water has been handed out to residents, there's a depletion of other essential health and hygiene resources.

The Disaster Response Team — in addition with Tide Loads of Hope Mobile Laundry Unit in collaboration with Procter & Gamble, Walmart and Tide — will work with local officials to address ongoing needs.

Matthew 25: Ministries takes donations online, as well as mailed checks to 11060 Kenwood Rd. in Blue Ash, Ohio. The organization said 100% of funds desginated to be used for the water crisis will be used for the purpose intended.
