CLEVELAND — For many people, Opening Day can feel a lot like Christmas morning. 

In Cleveland, it actually feels like Christmas ahead of the Guardians' home opener Tuesday afternoon. Even though highs are in the 30s and frost is covering the stands, the excitement is still in the air for the team to take on the White Sox at Progressive Field. 

While the game isn't until 4:10 p.m., Spectrum News 1 was up early and at the ballpark to see the new additions, as well as how the park is preparing for the return of baseball in the Land. Take a look behind the scenes:
