OHIO — Thanksgiving can mean a lot of different things to different people.
For some, it's all about the dinner with family. For others, it's the annual Thanksgiving football games.
However, for a handful of familes, they're lacing up their shoes and heading out the door to run a few miles before getting a taste of those beautiful garlic-whipped potatoes. They're probably dragging some loved ones with them, too.
In fact, almost 1 million people signed up for Thanksgiving Day races last year, according to the race platform Run Signup, which also states Thanksgiving is one of the most popular day for races.
So, for those who want to trot with friends and family with fake turkeys on their heads, here are some races across Ohio that may catch some interest.
