A few spotty showers this afternoon possible. Otherwise, partly sunny skies and HOT/HUMID weather on tap! Highs across the state flirt near 90 +, with feels like temperatures in the 90s+. Chance of showers and storms overnight especially in northwestern Ohio. 

Cold front arrives Thursday, and brings the chance of scattered showers and storms throughout the afternoon and evening time. Keep an eye on the sky and stay weather aware in central to eastern Ohio as storms may become strong to severe with damaging winds, and pockets of heavy rain.

The cold front swings eastbound and an area of high pressure builds in to start off the weekend mainly dry and sunny.

Behind the front temperatures cool off Friday dropping into the low to mid 80s with less humidity expected. However, the break is short-lived the July heat returns into the weekend with highs pushing near 90 once again.

Thursday – TIMING: 3PM-9PM

Hit or miss showers and storms develop throughout midday, then become scattered along cold front. Some stronger storms late afternoon/evening are possible across SE/E Ohio. Highs in the mid to upper 80s. 

Friday –Less humid. Seasonably warm. Skies become sunny.

Saturday –Right back into the upper 80s to low 90s! Mainly dry.

Sunday–Hot and humid. Highs near 90°. Scattered showers and storms.

Monday –Mostly sunny. Highs near 90°.
