EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — President Donald Trump kicked off his second term in office by signing a slate of executive orders to change U.S. immigration policy — and follow-through with his promise of mass deportations.
To align with the federal government, Huntington Beach has declared itself a "non-sanctuary city."
