The Ohio Democrat's campaign put together its "Organizing for Ohio" rally at the United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters local union 50.

Brown and Rep. Marcy Kaptur, D-District 9, received an endorsement from United Auto Workers President Shawn Fain.

While speaking to the crowd, Brown explained what the endorsement means to him.

“But I appreciate those endorsements," he said. "I appreciate every little, I appreciate local 12, I appreciate local 14 UAW, I appreciate IBW, all this. But what really matters is what you do one on one.”
