MARION, Ohio — The National Endowment for the Arts is recognizing an Ohio man as one of the ten National Heritage Fellows for the class of 2024.

Todd Goings, owner of Carousels and Carvings, has been working in Marion for 35 years as a caretaker of the legacy of the great American carousel.
