CLEVELAND — Cleveland City Hall participated in Valentine’s Day celebrations by hosting 30 different weddings and a vow renewal in their rotunda Wednesday afternoon.

Jean Marie Blaine and her husband were the ones who renewed their vows.

“We got married downtown at Tower City on Valentine’s Day, so this is our 12-year anniversary. It’s also my birthday, so this means a lot to us to do this vow renewal ceremony after being married for 12 years,” she said.

Blaine was happy for her and her husband to be a part of the Valentine’s Day celebrations at City Hall. 

“I think it’s really beautiful that they do this on Valentine’s Day,” she said.
