OHIO — The International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant against Russian President Vladimir Putin, accusing the leader of war crimes involving the abduction of children from Ukraine. The court additionally issued a warrant against Maria Alekseyevna lvova-Belova, Russia’s commissioner for Children’s Rights.
Russian officials have called the court’s decision “outrageous and unacceptable.”
