Hawaii has reported 1,095 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 372,198.
Three new deaths were reported, bringing the statewide death toll to 1,761.
The bulk of the cases were reported on Oahu, with 697. Hawaii Island is next with 148, followed by Maui with 140, Kauai with 79, Lanai with 3 and Molokai with 4.
There were 24 cases from out-of-state visitors.
The statewide vaccination rate stands at 78.4%, with 1,114,221 residents having completed the “primary series.” The Department of Health has a new tally system counting residents who have received a booster within the last 12 months, reported at 512,257, and residents who have received the bivalent booster, 255,155.
