GAMBIER, Ohio — President Joe Biden nominated Bridget Brink on Monday to become the ambassador to Ukraine. Brink is currently the United States’ ambassador to the Slovakia.
Besides other qualifications, such as 25 years with the foreign service, Brink earned her Bachelor’s Degree in political science from Kenyon College.
Spectrum News spoke with David Rowe, director of Kenyon College’s Center for the Study of American Democracy and who will soon pursue a Fulbright NATO security studies fellowship in Brussels, about the challenges Brink will face coming into this position.
